Our Guarantee and Return Policy

All items (except nativity items, olive wood products, and flashlight bulbs; info follows for these items) carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt of shipment. You may return these items in their original condition and complete packaging within 30 days for a refund less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. We can refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee only if the return is a result of our error. If the item qualified for free shipping or we subsidized the shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the return credit. Contact us via email for return instructions and the proper return address for the item you are returning. Nativities and olive wood products must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Flashlight bulbs may be returned only in very limited situations and you must contact us regarding any issue with a bulb within 5 days of receipt. Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable will be treated as returns and credited according to the return policy.

Air shipments and UPS ground shipments have guaranteed delivery times. However, these shipper guarantees are void if weather conditions or other conditions beyond the shippers' control interfere with delivery. We cannot reimburse shipping costs in such cases as the shipper does not reimburse us. Notify us within 24 hours of a late delivery if you wish us to check into a refund of shipping costs.

In the rare event an item delivers with broken, defective, or missing parts, we retain the right to allow the manufacturer to replace those parts, where possible, or do so ourselves, rather than the entire item. We work with excellent manufacturers who are happy to rectify such situations.

Shipping Charges

Free ground shipping for orders over $75! Some restrictions apply. See the Availability comments at the end of each individual item description for details. You must select Ground shipping if you wish to accept any free shipping offer.

We ship most items by UPS ground or FedEx ground. You may chose 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air expedited shipping options. The shipping charge varies by zip code. You may check the shipping charge by adding an item to the cart and going to the check out page. You will need to enter the shipping address and continue on to the second page of the order form, but will be shown the shipping charge prior to entering your billing information. At that point you may continue to place the order, or decide not to order in which case no information is transferred to us.

Please take care to enter your address correctly and completely (i.e., include apt.# if applicable) or address correction charges will apply as charged to us by the shipper.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship to the contiguous 48 states of the United States only, with the exception that Hawaii may place orders to deliver via Ground or 2nd Day Air (however, Ground to HI is not much less costly than 2nd Day Air). Note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO and FPO addresses. We ship via UPS and FedEx and they do not deliver to these addresses. We do not have USPS delivery options at this time.

Canadian Billing Addresses Shipping to the US: Our checkout system won't accept a Canadian billing address (this is the way the Yahoo Store system works since we don't ship outside of the US). You may check the box that your billing address is the same as the Ship To address (which would have to be a US shipping address). Then for verification purposes, give your correct billing address & billing phone number in the Comments section of the order.

Our goal is for you to be as comfortable using KidEnergy.com shopping as you are shopping in your local mall. KidEnergy.com takes seriously the issue of your privacy and security.

Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.

We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information on our processing system. KidEnergy.com is a Yahoo! store which means we use the careful security of the internet's largest internet portal.

All information you provide is kept in strict confidence. KidEnergy.com will not share or sell your information to anyone.

Did My Order Go Through?

Immediately after submitting your order, a screen should come up thanking you for your order and telling you to print the page for your records. You should also receive a separate confirmation via email within a minute, unless you inadvertently entered your email address incorrectly on the order form. If you did not get these confirmations, please email us at to inquire about your order.

Will I Get A Tracking Number?

You will get a tracking number! You will receive an email with your UPS or FedEx tracking number and a link to the appropriate website so that you may track your package. For products that ship the next business day, you will receive your tracking number by the evening (PST) of the day it ships.

CUSTOMERS ORDERING KIDKRAFT BRAND PRODUCTS, PLEASE NOTE: KidKraft in stock items generally ship 3-4 business days after the date of order, as stated in the availability comments for these items. You will receive your tracking number by the evening (PST) of the day the order ships.

Check and Money Orders

You may send a money order, or business or personal check (the check should be made out to KidEnergy.com). We do have to wait for these to clear prior to sending the order. You may mail your check or money order to:

You will receive a confirmation by email, but not instantly as with ordering online.

Terms of Service

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The email order confirmation confirms that our system has received your order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
